Food For Thought: Chicken with Assorted Veggies over Jasmine Rice…

Tried something new, seasoned my tenderized chicken breasts with Lemon Pepper Adobo, Smoked Paprika & Coriander cooked in Coconut Oil in a Cast Iron Skillet in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Then added on top of a bed of Jasmine Rice and Assorted Veggies to finish it out.
