Tried something new, seasoned my tenderized chicken breasts with Lemon Pepper Adobo, Smoked Paprika & Coriander cooked in Coconut Oil in a Cast Iron Skillet in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Then added on top of a bed of Jasmine Rice and Assorted Veggies to finish it out.
Spaghetti Squash Boats: Cut a small spaghetti squash in half & remove the seeds. Preheat oven to 475 & spray a baking sheet. Drizzle Olive Oil and dried oregano & garlic powder on cut halves.
