My brother and I see each other close to 14 times a year since 2021, prior to our Dad’s death we got together 4-5 times a year mostly for Holidays. I told my therapist I missed seeing him as much as I did when I was in my 20’s (going on 53 now) so I decided to try once a month for a year for dinner and a dvd from my collection.
