This joint in West Allentown is our go to place for California Style Mexican Food. The day my wife and I visited for lunch, we both had the Tacos.
There are two tacos per order Each taco is served in a crispy corn tortilla which is wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Served with cheese, pico de gallo, our cliantro-lime dressing and homemade chips (baked and fried). They also have hot, mild, Verde and A Salsa of the week, this was a mango habanero.
My wife got
THE SANTA BARBARA
chicken, lettuce, guacamole and cheese
And I got
THE SANTA CRUZ
smoked tofu, cheese and cabbage
Both incredibly delicious, I can’t recommend this joint enough.

Yum! I love tacos! I had a scallop taco when I visited my daughter and it was so good. We also had coconut fried shrimp 😋😋😋

Interesting… here is Calif, a “california” burrito/taco means “with french fries inside”.
