My wife requested I make baba ganoush which is a middle eastern traditionally grilled eggplant dip. The 1/4 Syrian in me complied except we have neither a grill nor a gas stove, so I broiled the eggplant. Processed it with fresh lemon juice, tahini paste (sesame) minced garlic and za’atar seasoning. Omg sometimes I amaze my skill.
