Wow, I can’t remember the last time I held a phonebook.
Phone books lasted quite awhile..i know i didn’t officially switch to a cellphone until like 2006. Up til then I utilized a landline and an answering machine. By 2011 it seemed like the landline was becoming obsolete but I remember still getting a phonebook albeit smaller delivered free to the apartment complex.
Just like the white/yellow pages lingered longer than the pay phone. Although they should’ve kept the pay phone. Ya just never know you might need it because you forgot your phone or your battery died or you dropped your phone and broke it ect

I definitely remember these good ol’ days. They still deliver free phonebooks here, whether you want them or not.
