It’s finally over. After receiving a text from a 6 digit number 787473 (with a conflicting message that read more like it was from Stripe than Anchor because there was link to Stripe.
After being unsure of who the message was from and then getting zero response to my reply, I emailed both companies’ support. After over 20 emails from Stripe and about 10 different support specialists, this was their response.
I also received a response from Anchor and yes they did deposit my $5.31 to my bank account. With Anchor deleting my Stripe account it is now irreversible to go back to utilizing Stripe, but ya know what, my audience is pretty set in stone and small, I personally don’t see much growth and I am okay with that. Plus the week-long hassle it took with Stripe to update my phone number was just ridiculous.
