Halloween at the Workplace (a visual glimpse into what the company looks like as a digital archivist with everyone not putting in much work lol😁😉)…

My popular Ghosties (came home with 4) won’t know till Monday if I won the contest and my thrown together Werewolf. Both taken this morning. Not happy with the weight gain, but I am working on that.

My competition in the baking contest, I slightly tasted a few (didn’t eat the whole treat), some were pretty gross. The only one that tasted as good as mine was the peanut butter spider cookie.

They had raffle tickets to put towards gift baskets to win books, horror DVDs & puzzles. I put my tickets towards the movies, they had games to play to get spins on a wheel to see how many raffle tickets you can get, you got 1 for showing up, 1 for dressing up and if you won the word games you got spins. I won 12 raffle tickets and a mystery prize which was this nifty pillow 😁. They also had candy and peanut guess the amount in a jar, made a deal with a colleague if I won the candy, I’d give it to her. I’m actually proud of the fact that I didn’t have any candy or 2nds and 3rds of the meal. It’s a challenging step in better direction.

Lunch was sandwiches, chips and these things I added to balance my meal.

And a good portion of my colleagues who got into the “spirit” of the day.

  1. You have a fun office! Last year I wore a Jack Skeleton onesie to work, but I was the only person dressed up. I looked like a child in pajamas with all those muggles walking around in normal clothes. To be fair, I wanted the Gryffindor robes but they didn’t have my size.
