I am partial pescatarian 😁 cheese of any type is like crack to an addict. This was not recent. These days I primarily cook & eat cod, salmon, tuna, swordfish, shrimp, eggs and on the occasion chicken breast, chicken thigh and turkey breast, never eat pork, lamb or beef…Although love lean bison. We used to eat out a lot, including a Turkish Restaurant but now rarely do. Being 1/4 Syrian I love all types of Middle Eastern food.
Oh my!!
Makes me hungry 😦

I had to google what Shankleesh was. Never had it. Sounds weird, but potentially tasty.

yeah it’s definitely an acquired taste, having grown up on it, easier for me to appreciate.

Yum! I love a lot of Middle Eastern food, but it was easier to enjoy before becoming a pescatarian!
