Saying Good-bye to The Life & Times of Dana Myttis Hedrew. So the memoir I wrote under the pseudonym DMH was pretty hit or miss and all over the place as far as timelines go. I am thinking of just creating a new blog specifically for that in chronological order. Primarily focusing on people from my life as opposed to situations. If I decide to continue.
As much as I love showcasing the food I make every Thursday in Food For Thought, I think that feature has run its course and will conclude in June of 2021 because of the risk of being redundant, once Covid is under control and we can travel I will resume that feature as a traveling foodie digest.
I want this blog to focus primarily on art (which includes traditional/digital/music/spoken word) I no longer have an interest in writing anything. Now, that could change but for now this will primarily be more visual and many different topics (not just cats).
My comic Blue Turtle is also pretty hit and miss and will be showcased infrequently, although I have been enjoying collaborating with bloggers that write so that door is always open to anyone interested.
I also want to close the door on blatantly discussing my mental state and or weight loss journey. Unless I draw or paint it or compose a song about it.
So in order to not upgrade with more $$$ anytime soon, I am deleting older posts and content and consolidating my series into gallery posts for all my new readers that missed it the first time around.
Thanks ever so much to the people that tune in on the daily to like/comment/follow. Ya’ll rock, I ❤each and every one of you.

Just do what works for you.
… do we have to pay if we exceed a number of posts?

it’s not the number of posts it’s about capacity, I upgraded to a personal paid plan with 6GB of space, next is 12, the most is 200…I work for a company that never has enough space and are network drives are 10 Tarabytes. Words take up less space than art.

This sounds like I’ll need to check my memory load on mine.

I’m doing some similar reflecting… keep us informed!

In what capacity are you considering ? I hope you stick with your memoir. I would buy a print version of that 😁

Aw, thank you. 🙂 I’m pondering ideas, and may rework the memoir after I release other chapters on Patreon. I’ll let you know what my plans are. 😉

Do what feels right. You can always “come back” with some of the old content. Have fun with the “new” blog.

Yeah see I’m just polite, I’d rather my audience know my plans than question what happened to certain things.

Sounds reasonable. A fair warning, in case they decided to run.
