not chewy, more like a cracker texture but if you put too much sauce they tend to get soggy. Can taste the cauliflower for sure, but it’s not an overpowering flavor either.
I’ll bet that ‘pizza’ tastes fab!! 👍👍🖤

You could say the same for the crust but if I have a pizza craving this is a slightly healthier alternative to carbs.

The crust I bought is cauliflower mixed with rice flour & corn meal. So it’s not just cauliflower.
