Sun Dried Tomato Pesto:

Blend the following ingredients in a food processor

  • 1/2 cup rinsed sun dried tomatos in olive oil
  • 8 natural almonds
  • 4 TBLSP Parmesan/Romano Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 TBLSP Partially Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Adobo Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 TBLSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBLSP Vegetable Oil
  • 1 TBLSP Red Wine Vinegar
