Food For Thought: Not the usual crab mac & cheese…

(A Homemade 6 PT WW Friendly Meal)
  • 1 cup Labneh Yogurt Cheese
  • 1 tbl spoon No Salt Butter
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 5 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 green giant broccoli in cheese sauce frozen steamer
  • whole grain rottini pasta
  • adobo lemon pepper seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • dash of black pepper
