a better turn for me, not so much for the local economy…

A few months back I told my wife I only wanted to eat out when we go on vacation. With the economy in the toilet right now I considered for a hard minute taking advantage of the no delivery fee door dash email I got. Although having lost over 15 lbs and seeing that my choices were limited to crappy brand name fast food chains and crappy fast food in general.

I instead opted to make myself a tuna salad (no picture sorry) with canned tuna in water on a bevy of veggies (cherry tomatoes, celery, sweet onion, baby carrots) with a dressing of lite mayo/apple cider vinegar/dried parsley/lemon pepper Adobo seasoning.

a far better, tastier and more rewarding experience for lunch than sadly what’s being offered locally

there is no strong temptation 🙂
