Food For Thought: Roasted Chicken & Bread Stuffing with green bean casserole & whole cranberry sauce…

Our after Thanksgiving dinner. Whole chicken rubbed down with light butter, seasoned with Coriander & Lemon Pepper Adobo. With Italian 567 Bread dried out and seasoned with fresh parsley, onions browned in light butter, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & celery salt and bound with bullion Chicken Broth.

    1. Thanks, that was originally supposed to be for Thanksgiving but my wife’s evening shift was canceled and we got to see her family anyway. Looked good till I butchered it (Er carved) but that stuffing I made was very close to tasting like the stuffing I grew up with 🙂 Hope your dewy with your family was equally as good my friend.

Yeah, Jess’s younger cousin Gary too up the guitar and was doing country tunes (not my style but her family is small town peeps, so it was still cool) Pick & Chose what I ate to stay on healthy eating track. Decided on Turkey, Gravy, Veggies, and then a slice of Strawberry Cheesecake as my indulgence. In the past i would’ve tried everything food wise and had seconds, not this year 🙂
