Food for Thought: Slow Cooked Stuffed Peppers…


Normally when I make stuffed peppers I use brown rice and ground chicken. But we almost never make rice the long way, lately we’ve been doing boil in a bag and I had ground beef thawed so…1 can tomato sauce, some beef stock, meat seasoned with lemon pepper adobo served over top Jasmine rice. Cooked on low for 10 hours.
