Removed stem & black sponge of underside of portabello mushroom. Add a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese in bottom of mushroom. Mix lump crab with 1 tblsp of Light Mayo with a cap full of lemon juice and a dash of Old Bay Seasoning. Fill mushrooms and spray tops with Olive Oil Spray and cook with Tots for 12 minutes at 425 flip tots and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
