Food for thought: Spaghetti Squash Boats…

Spaghetti Squash Boats: Cut a small spaghetti squash in half & remove the seeds. Preheat oven to 475 & spray a baking sheet. Drizzle Olive Oil and dried oregano & garlic powder on cut halves. Put halves cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.

Make Meat sauce: We use 90% lean grass fed ground beef cooked in olive oil than add Newmans Own Sockarooni Sauce, also add in 1 can of drained mushroom stems & pieces and some partially dried basil and mix all together.

Take out squash and add sauce mix to middle and fill. Top with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. And bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
