Breaking Through and Pushing Out…

trudging thru what appears to be a late summer flu with a far reaching lack of an amen

going against better judgement when the cousin of death flu (sic) past me  I became what is known as the typical fool, men

Ya know that guy that won’t go to the doctor at the drop of a hat, the guy that waits till they feel their absolute worst, the at times shouldn’t wait till the last minute foolish me

but with an outpouring of praise one can only bask

in the great goodness of faith and prayer, but I ask ?

God, how many more challenges must we humans face as…

My wife who swallowed her steak whole and forgot to chew

Unsuccessfully trying the Heimlich on herself while her face began to turn a bluish hew (sic)

but she guided my hands and gave her a thrust and out popped that steak onto the floor, I thank God again I was coherent as thus, that the cousin of death took flight and flew, cause honestly saving someone from choking is one big Ew.
